Rebates & Incentives
Honest HVAC Pricing + Real Rebates & Incentives
Many HVAC companies advertise big discounts that are really based on inflated prices and short-term pressure tactics. That means homeowners often aren’t saving as much as they think.
At Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, we offer straightforward, competitive pricing year-round — no fake sales, no rush to buy. Instead, we help homeowners save with legitimate HVAC rebates and incentives, including local utility rebates, state programs, and manufacturer incentives.
Our team clearly explains what rebates you qualify for and how they reduce your total system cost — so you know exactly what you’re paying and why.
Upfront pricing. Real savings. Trusted local HVAC experts.

Utility rebates · PSE
Electric heating & hybrid upgrades
$1,500 standard or $2,400 income-qualified
The $2,400 amount is the total Efficiency Boost rebate for qualifying households, not an additional bonus.
Electric resistance to heat pump: For existing single-family PSE electric customers replacing an electric furnace, baseboards or other qualifying electric-resistance heating with an eligible heat pump. A heat pump already serving the main living area disqualifies the home. Equipment rules differ for ducted and ductless installations.
PSE electric conversion details
Gas furnace to hybrid heat pump: For existing single-family PSE natural-gas customers installing a qualifying centrally ducted heat pump paired with a gas furnace. Electric-only customers, existing heat pumps and ductless installations are excluded. PSE sizing and control requirements apply.
Both require installation by a PSE Trade Ally or Recommended Energy Professional, new qualifying equipment and applicable income eligibility for Efficiency Boost. One rebate per qualifying residence. Confirm permitted combinations before counting other incentives. No fixed program expiration is published.

Gas-to-electric & heat-pump replacement
$4,000 income-qualified gas conversion
For income-qualified existing single-family PSE natural-gas customers replacing gas heating with a qualifying ducted or ductless electric heat pump. Existing electric-resistance or hybrid heat-pump systems do not qualify. Previous gas heating must be removed or decommissioned. Check PSE’s income tool and submit the application within 30 days of installation.
$1,500 heat-pump replacement rebate
Income-qualified Efficiency Boost customers may receive $2,400 total. For existing single-family PSE electric customers replacing a centrally ducted all-electric heat pump outside its original manufacturer warranty. The new centrally ducted all-electric system must meet PSE cold-climate criteria. Ductless and dual-fuel systems are excluded; combining rebates is restricted unless expressly allowed.
PSE replacement rebate details
Both programs require new qualifying equipment and installation by a PSE Trade Ally or Recommended Energy Professional. New construction, commercial and multifamily properties with five or more units are excluded from these single-family offers. No fixed program expiration is published.
City of Seattle · Oil-to-electric
Seattle Clean Heat
$2,000 base + $4,000 income-qualified bonus
Seattle households replacing oil heating with a qualifying Mitsubishi Electric heat pump may receive a $2,000 rebate through a participating contractor. The City’s moderate-income bonus adds $4,000 for households meeting its published income limits, described as 81–150% of area median income.
Complete the homeowner participation form, use a participating contractor and decommission your oil tank according to Seattle Fire Department requirements. Lower-income households may qualify for a separate no-cost conversion.
Bonus installations must be completed by May 30, 2027. Confirm current eligibility and funding before starting. This is a City of Seattle Office of Sustainability and Environment program.

Contractor heat-pump discounts
$300–$600 on qualifying equipment
City Light customers may receive a discount passed through their contractor when qualifying equipment is purchased from a participating distributor. Ask for the applicable discount in your installation quote. Do-it-yourself installations are ineligible.
For air-source heat pumps smaller than 5.4 tons:
- $300: SEER2 15.2 and HSPF2 8.1 or higher
- $400: SEER2 15.2 and HSPF2 8.5 or higher
- $600: SEER2 16.0 and HSPF2 9.5 or higher

Local rebates · Six Eastside cities
Energy Smart Eastside
$1,000 base + $5,000 income-qualified bonus
For homeowners within Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond or Sammamish replacing a furnace or electric-resistance heating. Approved Mitsubishi, Bryant, Carrier and Day & Night systems must be installed by a program-approved contractor and sized to heat the whole home.
The $5,000 bonus requires household income below 150% of area median income, an application and a rebate code valid for up to 90 days. Bonus systems must be fully electric with no furnace backup. Hybrid systems qualify only for the $1,000 base rebate.
Rebates apply at point of sale. Eligible PSE incentives may also apply, subject to each program’s requirements. No fixed program end date is published; confirm availability and your code deadline.
Financing & warranty protection
Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage
12-year protection with qualifying 144-month financing
Qualifying Mitsubishi Electric M-Series and P-Series residential systems include a 12-year parts and compressor warranty and 12-year JB extended labor coverage with approved 144-month Synchrony Pay Later financing.
11.99%–12.99% APR. $5,000 minimum purchase. Subject to credit approval and final lender terms. Installation and financing funding must both be completed October 1–December 31, 2026.
Annual Evergreen maintenance is required for Evergreen’s no-charge repair commitment and is charged separately. Register equipment within 90 days and no later than January 31, 2027. Warranty terms apply. Shorter loan terms do not include this promotional labor coverage; other brands in a mixed project do not receive Mitsubishi coverage.
Evergreen’s 3% cash discount cannot be combined, including with immediate payoff. There is no prepayment penalty, but accrued interest still applies. This is financing and protection, not a cash rebate or 0% financing. Combining it with seasonal rebates is not guaranteed.

HOMES & HARP rebates
Washington’s federally funded Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Appliance Rebates Program (HARP) remain in program preparation. Commerce is evaluating revised federal guidance and has not announced a statewide launch.
Planned eligibility includes households earning up to 150% of area median income; amounts depend on equipment, work and final program rules. Apply and receive approval before buying equipment or starting upgrades. Commerce says these rebates will not be retroactive. Do not include them in current project savings.
