How Much Could You Save?

Depending on your household, existing heating system, and the equipment you choose, you may qualify for multiple incentives.

$1,000 Energy Smart Eastside Heat Pump Rebate

Available to qualifying Eastside homeowners replacing an existing furnace or electric resistance heating system with an eligible Mitsubishi, Bryant, or Carrier heat pump installed by an approved contractor.

The rebate is applied at the point of sale, helping reduce your upfront installation cost.

Additional $5,000 Bonus Rebate

Households earning below 150% of King County Area Median Income (AMI) may qualify for an additional $5,000 rebate.

Combined with the standard rebate, qualifying homeowners could receive up to $6,000 from Energy Smart Eastside toward an eligible heat pump installation.

Stack Your Rebates for Even More Savings

Energy Smart Eastside incentives may also be combined with eligible Puget Sound Energy rebates and other available incentives.

Depending on your home, heating system, income and equipment, total available incentives may exceed $10,000.

Evergreen installed our system a few years ago and had been maintaining it ever since. I just had a routine annual cleaning some by Tristan, who was kind and competent, communicating when he was arriving and working quickly.

Two separate heat pump installations at two different sites. Same excellent customer service, work quality, and thoroughness. Evergreen has been fantastic, trustworthy, and easy to work with.

A high-efficiency system only works if it’s installed correctly.

Why Heat Pumps Make Sense Now

Modern heat pumps:

✔ Heat and cool your home in one system
✔ Use significantly less energy
✔ Deliver consistent, even comfort
✔ Qualify for rebates and incentives
✔ Reduce long-term operating costs

Today’s systems are not what they were 15 years ago.

They’re quieter. Smarter. More efficient. Built for modern homes.

Is Your Current System Costing You More Than It Should?

You may not need another repair. You may need an upgrade. If your system is:

  • 10 to 15+ years old

  • Breaking down repeatedly

  • Causing high energy bills

  • Struggling to heat or cool evenly

  • Using outdated refrigerant

  • No longer keeping up with extreme temperatures

It may be time to replace it, not keep patching it.

Every repair on an aging system is money that doesn’t come back.
