Checking the heating system in operation

The technician tested the heat pump and found no operational concerns at that time. Heating output and airflow were both within the expected parameters recorded for the visit. The accompanying job photo shows a temperature probe positioned at the ductwork during the appointment.

The inspection then moved to the filters, coils and drainage system.

Clean filters and clear maintenance findings

The filter system was clean, and the technician found no excess buildup in the coils or drainage system. The equipment did not need a repair during this visit.
