Where It All Began
Evergreen was founded in 1975 by Dave Patton and Roger Patton as Evergreen Refrigeration, focused on commercial systems where performance, precision, and reliability were critical.
In the commercial world, there’s no room for shortcuts. Systems have to work and they have to work right the first time.
That environment shaped the standards we still operate by today.
Built on Engineering & Craftsmanship
From the beginning, Evergreen approached HVAC differently.
Our team includes experienced engineers who design systems for performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability. Not just quick installations. We also operate our own fabrication shop, allowing us to build and customize components to fit each project properly.
This combination of engineering and hands on craftsmanship means we don’t rely on one-size-fits-all solutions. We design systems that are built to perform in real-world conditions especially in the unique homes and climate of the Seattle area.

As the company grew, the Pattons saw something important, homeowners weren’t getting the same level of expertise and care that commercial clients expected.
